Head of Asia-Pacific (APAC)
Cindy has dedicated her career at the intersection of impact and investing in emerging markets. She currently serves as the Head of Asia Pacific (APAC) for Toniic, deepening the organization’s presence in the region.
Previously, Cindy served as the Head of International Expansion for Endeavor, a for-purpose organization dedicated to building entrepreneurship ecosystems worldwide. During her 10+ year career at Endeavor, Cindy built the organization’s presence in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Other roles include serving as Venture Partner for Quona Capital, an early-stage VC fund focused on financial inclusion. She has also led the charge to bring Zipline, a Silicon Valley-based robotics company, to the APAC region.
Cindy has been involved in the full spectrum of finance, starting her career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York and going on to do microfinance in post-conflict Kosovo.
Cindy is passionate about systems change and environmental and social impact. She serves on the advisory board of Imagine H20, an NGO dedicated to supporting innovations in the water space. She holds a B.A. with honors from Wellesley College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
