Executive Vice President

The Executive Vice President is the second-in-command within the organization, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.  This role is primarily one of managing our lines of business, including strategizing, planning, and assuring appropriate execution and delivery.  About 15 of the 21 Toniic team members will report to this position. The Executive Vice President will serve as the head of Membership Services, where the goal is delivering services and programs that provide value to members and driving membership growth. The Executive Vice President is responsible for coordinating the team to meet targets laid out in the annual budget and strategic plan.  Although Toniic is structured as a non-profit, it embodies a for-profit management style and our senior managers have for-profit experience.  In the language of for-profit enterprise, the Executive Vice President is responsible for both Membership service delivery and sales management. Member Support Associate – EMEA & Asia

The Member Support Associate (“MSA”) supports the team of Member Engagement Managers (“MEMs”) in delivering an excellent member experience. The emphasis is on activities and members across EMEA and Asia, in addition to and within the context of supporting the global organization to achieve its strategic objectives in member engagement and membership growth. Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate (“AA”) will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer and our outsourced accounting service provider (“ASP”) to assist with accounting and bookkeeping functions to ensure fiscal integrity and financial compliance of the organization. The AA will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of both payable and receivable-related items while resolving all discrepancies in a prompt manner. The AA will assist the CFO with all tax and audit deliverables, as well as generating all financial reports for management and external reporting purposes such as budget to actual reports and updated forecasts.
