Managing Director of Global Membership, Head of Americas
Dipti serves as the Head of the Americas, DEI and Managing Director of Global Membership at Toniic. Prior to Toniic, Dipti was the Vice President of Forward Global (formerly The Philanthropy Workshop) where she oversaw the West Coast, served on the leadership team and tested new products and offerings for the organization. Before that Dipti was the founding Executive Director of Pledge 1%, a movement started by the co-founders of Atlassian and Salesforce to mobilize businesses to pledge 1% of their equity, products and employees’ time to social impact initiatives. Dipti has successfully launched and grown global movements, investment initiatives, and directed multiple functions, including marketing, business development and partnerships at organizations including UpLift, Silicon Valley Community Foundation and Entrepreneurs Foundation.
Dipti holds an MBA and Bachelors of Art in English from Santa Clara University.
