Operations Associate
Joy supports Toniic’s global operations, focusing on systems, processes, and the member experience. She specializes in connecting what teams need with how technology can help deliver it, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in membership engagement and operational support across the nonprofit, finance, and performing arts sectors.
Joy holds a BA in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers University, where she also minored in Music.
Outside of work, she is an active volunteer at her church and a self-proclaimed foodie with a deep love of chocolate and a passion for discovering new spices. She also has an appreciation for just about every genre of music, especially the classics.
