Head of Member Operations

With Toniic since 2018, Kim connects members with resources that advance their impact investing journeys, including investment opportunities, best practices, impact support, and peer-learning.
Her most recent role was at The Nature Conservancy, where she worked closely with NatureVest to raise investment capital for a water conservation project in Texas. Previous positions were with Austin Habitat for Humanity, St. Edward’s University, and Agua Dulce Farm, a start-up aquaponics farm.
While working toward an MBA at St. Edward’s University, she became passionate about promoting impact investing as a critical tool for scaling social good through effective capital deployment. Kim also holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Spanish from Southwestern University and a CFA certificate in Investment Foundations.
Kim is a co-leader with Resource Generation and Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE). Beyond work and community-building, she enjoys being outside, cooking, reading, volunteering at Philly AIDS Thrift, and spending time with her husband, Michael.
