Busie joined Toniic as a Member Operations Associate supporting activities within the EMEA and APAC region. She has previously worked in corporate roles within the financial services sector and global mobility.
She graduated from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) with a Bachelor of Commerce Honour’s Degree in Finance and was Top Qualifying Affiliate March 2017 in Zimbabwe for Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). Sibusisiwe is a full member of the Institute of Credit Management of South Africa (ICM) and Institute of Bankers of South Africa AIB (SA). She is a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow who has certification in Business and Entrepreneurship focused on Social Entrepreneurship and Development Finance attained from the University of Notre Dame in the United States of America.
Busie volunteers as a Remote Team Lead for the Editing and Translation team with Kiva Microfinance based in the USA. She also enjoys a good espionage novel and watching crime dramas. If she can watch these in a place far away from home, the better, as she absolutely loves travelling.
