Director of Programming
Stephanie joined Toniic as Director of Programming where she leverages 25 years of expertise as a sustainability and corporate responsibility executive, attorney and leadership coach.
Stephanie is founder of Intentional Paradigms, a coaching and consulting firm supporting globe changers and purpose driven leaders, and is a board member of Dream Change, a non-profit committed to bridging corporations with deep sustainability consciousness. She helped start and run two environmental and human rights non- profits in her early career, worked with for the Open Society Institute on human rights issues in Brazil, then held a 6.5 year career in corporate litigation at Davis Polk. She is Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Environmental Justice Committee, a member of the Business Law Section, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
Stephanie is the author of the forthcoming book, “Conscious Leadership for a Sustainable World”, has published articles on the human right to a clean environment and is a strategic communications and positioning expert, with a massive love for trees.
